Refinery-origin supply

Trading position

A desk, not an
introduction service.

Polenergo Sp. z o.o. contracts in its own name against positions it can evidence. That is a narrower business than brokerage, and it is the reason the paperwork comes first.

Documents before volume

A requirement is only workable once the buying entity, destination and payment instrument are on paper. We confirm those first, then price.

Verifiable origin

Every parcel is traced to a refinery or primary storage position, with the loading installation named on the nomination.

Independent inspection

Quantity and quality are established by a recognised surveyor at the loading point, and again at discharge where the contract provides for it.

One commercial contact

A single desk carries the transaction from the initial requirement through nomination, loading and post-delivery documentation.

Commercial process

Four steps, in this order.

The sequence does not change for a larger volume or a shorter deadline. It is what makes a transaction auditable afterwards.

01

Requirement

You submit the product, grade, volume, delivery basis and discharge point. We confirm whether it is a position we can hold.

02

Qualification

Both sides exchange corporate documentation and confirm the payment instrument and issuing bank before any price is fixed.

03

Offer and contract

A firm offer is issued against a named index and differential, then reduced to a contract with an agreed inspection regime.

04

Nomination and lifting

Vessel or transport is nominated, the cargo is inspected and loaded, and the documentary set follows the agreed sequence.

Operations

Logistics decide the price.

A grade is cheap or expensive depending on how it reaches the tank. Vessel size, berth draft, heating capability and intake rate are settled with the receiving terminal before an offer is firm, because a parcel that cannot be discharged has no value.

Where a destination has no suitable berth, we work the volume through bonded storage, barge or rail instead of quoting a route that cannot be executed.

How the desk operates

Request for quotation

Send a qualified requirement.

Tell us the product, grade, volume, delivery basis and payment instrument. If it is a position we can hold, you will get a firm structure rather than an indication.
